Is there any contract or minimum committment?
Definitely not - you can cancel your account at any time. We don't
want to take your money unless you are 100% satisfied with our service.
I need to monitor lots of stuff. Can you give me a discount?
Absolutely - if you need to monitor even more services than our standard plans include, just contact us, describe what
your needs are, and we'll work out a pricing plan to suit you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa and MasterCard, but unfortunately not Amex or Diners. After your first month, you can choose to
pay invoices from Paypal - as long as you do so before the due date, otherwise we will charge your credit card automatically.
Do I have to pay VAT or GST?
We pay the GST component on behalf of Australian registered businesses, and customers based in all other countries are not liable for any further taxes or charges.
