Definitely not - you can cancel your account at any time, and you will receive pro-rata refunds of any prepaid fees. We don't
want to take your money unless you are very satisfied with our service!
I need to monitor lots of websites, can you give me a discount?
Absolutely - if you need to monitor more than 45 services, just contact us, describe what
your needs are, and we'll work out a pricing plan to suit you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We issue invoices on a calendar month schedule, and all payments are made with Visa, MasterCard (with automated billing available) or PayPal.
If you would prefer to pay via another method, please contact us and we'll try our best to help you out.
Do I have to pay VAT or GST?
We pay the GST component on behalf of Australian registered businesses, and customers based in all other countries are not liable for any further taxes or charges.
